Preparing for a fulfilling career can feel overwhelming.

At Spark Change, we are committed to providing services that uphold dignity, foster autonomy, and support meaningful outcomes.
That's why our program is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual.
Designed to guide job seekers through every step—from exploring strengths and career interests to building practical employment skills—using a combination of evidence-based strategies and structured coaching tailored to each individual.
Our Program
To begin, job seekers work with Grace, a Certified Professional Life Coach, to explore strengths, areas of need, and employment preferences and interests, clarifying the types of work that align best with their goals and abilities.
Job seekers then transition to work with Dr. MacKenzie Zacharias, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Doctoral Level (BCBA-D), to build practical employment skills tailored to their identified strengths, goals, and career interests. Using evidence-based, behavior analytic strategies, job seekers will target skills such as, creating a resume and cover letter, practicing interviews, mastering job-specific technical skills, and strengthening transferable “soft skills” like communication, problem solving, organization, time management, and workplace social skills.
Career Exploration
Life Coaching
Our Life Coaching services provide a personalized, conversation-based experience designed to help job seekers gain clarity, confidence, and direction. Unlike our ABA services, Life Coaching is not a clinical or therapeutic service. Instead, it utilizes open dialogue and tailored guidance to help job seekers stay motivated, take purposeful action, and advance toward their career and personal goals.

Utilizing a collaborative, discussion-based approach, job seekers work one-on-one with a Certified Professional Life Coach (CPC) to explore career paths aligned with personal identity, identify strategies to showcase strengths effectively, and cultivate the mindset and habits needed for independence, workplace readiness, ongoing career success, and self-advocacy.
Career Skills Development
Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA)
Our ABA services provide a therapeutic, evidence-based approach that applies research-driven strategies to support job seekers in building practical, employment-related skills tailored to their individual strengths and career goals. Grounded in the principles of behavior analysis, each program is personalized to meet the job seeker's unique needs, fostering both personal and professional growth that is meaningful and sustainable.

Utilizing a highly individualized approach, job seekers will work one-on-one with our doctoral level, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D) to develop and strengthen the skills needed for career exploration, job acquisition, and ongoing workplace success, while also addressing barriers that may hinder progress or long-term achievement.
